1. Will you conduct the blood tests for me?
Yes, we can. We have partnerships with reputed labs that offer tests at discounted rates compared to standard market prices.
2. Are blood tests included in the NovoScan Health Kit?
Blood tests are not included in the Health Kit. However, we will guide you on the recommended tests, and you can choose to get them done separately at any certified lab of your choice or through our partner labs at discounted rates.
3. Will you review the blood tests that I have already done?
Yes, definitely. We accept reports that are up to 6 months old. You can share your recent reports with us, and our team will carefully review them. If any additional tests are required, we will provide you with a list of the pending ones.
4. Can you suggest supplements based on my existing reports?
Yes, absolutely. Based on your reports, our team will not only suggest the right supplements but also create a personalized roadmap for you. This may include customized nutrition guidance, lifestyle modifications, and other recommendations to support your overall health goals.
5. I did some tests a month ago. Will those reports be valid?
Yes, certainly. We accept blood reports that are up to 6 months old. If any tests are missing as per our standard list, we will provide you with the details of the pending ones.
6. I have chronic health issues. Will you suggest blood tests based on that?
We have a standard list of blood tests that provide a comprehensive understanding of your health. However, if any additional tests are required based on your chronic health concerns, our team will guide you accordingly.
7. Which blood tests should I get done?
After registration, we will provide you with a standard list of recommended blood tests along with the necessary forms to complete.
8. How much will it cost if I get the blood tests done through your labs?
Our partner labs offer discounted rates for your convenience. The complete set of blood tests, as per our recommended list, will cost ₹7,500.
9. Do I need to repeat the blood tests after completing the Health Kit program?
No, repeating the blood tests is not mandatory. However, if you wish to track your progress, we recommend doing them approximately 6 months after completing the Health Kit program.
10. Can I get only my blood tests reviewed?
We currently do not offer a plan for reviewing blood tests separately. Blood test review is included as part of the full Health Kit program, which is designed to provide comprehensive guidance.
11. What is NovoScan? How does it work?
At NovoScan, we follow a Functional Medicine approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying root causes of health concerns, rather than just managing symptoms.
12. What is the reversal rate? What is the timeline for recovery?
We have observed a good rate of reversal in many cases. However, the timeline varies from person to person, depending on individual conditions, health history, and root causes.
13. Do you provide supplements?
We do not provide supplements directly. Instead, we recommend plant-based supplements that may support and accelerate recovery. Choosing to use them is completely optional.
14. When will my program begin after payment?
Your program will officially begin on the day of your consultation meeting. Scheduling the consultation may take 7–10 days from the date of payment, as the necessary process needs to be completed beforehand.
15. Can I use my recently completed medical reports?
Yes, we accept blood test reports that are up to six months old.
16. Do I need to get my tests done from a specific lab?
No, there is no compulsion to use a particular lab. You may get your tests done at any certified lab of your choice. We also have partner labs that offer discounted rates.
17. What age group can enrol in the NovoScan Health Kit?
The NovoScan Health Kit is customizable for each individual. Generally, anyone between the ages of 9 and 70 years can enrol.
18. How are your blood tests different from regular tests?
While some of the tests may overlap with standard ones, our approach is different. We conduct specific advanced tests that are not commonly recommended in conventional medicine, and we interpret the reports using a functional medicine lens to uncover deeper insights.
19. Will my root cause be identified?
Yes, by combining detailed blood work analysis with a thorough understanding of your symptoms, our experts are able to identify and address the root causes of your health concerns.
20. What happens after completing NovoScan?
After completing your NovoScan program, we recommend taking a break of 60–90 days. If you choose to return within six months, you will not need repeat blood work—we will use your existing reports.
